Before transitioning to in-house roles, Jonathan honed his expertise at top corporate law firms, where he negotiated and closed complex, multi-million dollar commercial, technology, and real estate transactions.

In 2025, Jonathan founded Pier Law to deliver flexible, fractional in-house legal solutions for startups and local businesses, empowering them to navigate legal challenges with confidence.

A native of Western New York, Jonathan is deeply involved in his community. In his free time, he enjoys hiking throughout Upstate, studying history, golfing in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
